In short

• Sudokumania is free: you play with no subscriptions and no passwords.
• You play fair: no programs that solve for you or change times and results.
• You can delete your player whenever you want, from the Account page.

Who we are

Sudokumania (sudokumania.com) is run by Denis Casanuova. For any question write to privacy@tt4.info. By using the site you accept these terms; we handle your data as the privacy notice says.

The service

The site lets you play sudoku, with the dailies, the free games and the guides, for free. We keep improving it: features can change, arrive or go away, and the site can stop for maintenance or because of a fault. We do our best to keep it always working, but we can't guarantee it.

Your player

• When you start playing, the site creates a guest player tied to your device, with a name and an avatar taken from the ones it offers. You change the name on the Account page, always among the ones offered.
• With your email or with Google you find your games on other devices. You look after the access to your email and to your Google account: whoever gets in there can also get into your player.
• A player belongs to one person only.

Playing fair

It is not allowed to:

• use programs, extensions or scripts that solve the puzzles, play for you or change times and results;
• create players in bulk or use other people's;
• try to get in where you are not authorised, get around the site's limits or overload it;
• copy the puzzles or the guides in bulk to publish them again.

If it happens, we can remove the rigged results, stop the access or delete the player. If you think it's a mistake, write to us.

The site's content

The puzzles, the guides, the texts and the drawings of the site are ours, except those of others that we use under their licence (for example the avatars, from Noto Emoji, under the Apache 2.0 licence). You can play, print for yourself and share the links; for other uses ask us for permission.

Deleting your player

You can delete your player whenever you want, from the Account page: the games, the streaks and the data tied to it are deleted as the privacy notice says.

Liability

The site is offered as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the loss of games, streaks or results because of faults, errors or interruptions. The rights the law gives to consumers always remain.

If the terms change

When we change these terms we update the date at the top; if the change is important, we also say so on the site. If you keep using it after the change, the new terms apply.

Applicable law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the protections of the law of the country where you live remain, and for a dispute you can turn to the court of the place where you live.
